Breakfast!
Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal, yogurt and fresh blueberries for breakfast! Mmmmm.
I can’t find my food scale, I honestly have no idea how I could of lost that thing. I also still don’t have a regular scale so still can’t update my weight. :/ I’m working on getting one we are just very VERY short on cash right now and I want a digital scale that will actually work, so yea.
I love all the little farmer market shops I have near by.
I just got 2 bags of baby carrots, a bunch of bananas, a bunch of broccoli, a head of romaine lettuce, a pineapple, a papaya, a pound of apples, 3 tomatoes and a English cucumber for $12.74. :D
Then, I walked home holding all that in one hand and my other groceries in the other hand. My hands hurt. lol. But I deff got some exercise from all of that.

Busy Schedule!
So I am kind of excited because I have a lot to do in the next couple weeks. I have been doing fantastic on eating better if I do say so myself. Tomorrow night I have dinner at the 5 star restaurant where my hubby works so I might not make the best choice tomorrow for dinner but I’m okay with that. haha. I feel much better, healthier and lighter lately! Erm, not much else to update on atm haha.

Just went out to dinner, week one of restart complete!
And I did great! I got a grilled chicken breast with a side salad and roasted potatoes. No french fries or fried things! My meal actually came with two chicken breasts and 5 roasted potato pieces, I ate just one breast and 3 of the potatoes. I brought the rest home. I don’t think I’ve ever gone out to for food before and brought something home. I would always finish whats on my plate whether I’m hungry or not.
Week One of my restart is officially complete! I went one full week with eating healthy and sticking to my points! I just have to get the motivation to go to the gym more, I only went once :/. It was shitty out and its quite a walk but that shouldn’t e an excuse because I can always just take the street car I am just cheap and don’t want to pay to ride it if where I’m going is within walking distance lol.
So my goal for week number 2 is to go to the gym at least 3 times! Eat healthy, stick to my points and work out 3 times for at least a half hour each time next week!
I’m setting goals for myself every week to ease my way back into this and keep myself motivated. I will admit tomorrow will be hard to stay on track because we have this event to go to and I’m sure there will be all sorts of good food there. I am going to try my best to stay on track but if I use a few weekly points I’m not going to let it get to me. I’m taking this one day at a time!
Hopefully getting a scale tomorrow so will start tracking my weight again soon.
This is just the beginning, but I love the definition of my arms now, and I know I’ll be able to lose more when I’m home from school and can cook for myself.
